Services
Somatic Therapy
Trauma is often stored in the body. Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that recognizes the deep connection between the mind and nervous system. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or memories, somatic work gently brings awareness to physical sensations, breath, posture, and movement to help release stored stress and trauma. By learning to notice and regulate bodily responses, clients can develop a greater sense of safety, grounding, and emotional balance.
EMDR
EMDR (eye movement desentization reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming. Using guided bilateral stimulation, it supports healing from trauma, anxiety, and other stress-related concerns in a focused and effective way.
Attachment Therapy
Early caregiving experiences shape the way we connect, trust, and feel safe in relationships. When attachment needs were inconsistently met, it can influence patterns of anxiety, avoidance, or difficulty with intimacy later in life. Through a secure and supportive therapeutic relationship, Attachment Therapy helps individuals explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity.

The length of treatment is unique to each individual and depends on your goals, needs, and the pace that feels supportive for you. Some clients find relief in short-term, focused work over a few months, while others benefit from longer-term therapy that allows for deeper exploration and growth. We will regularly revisit your goals together to ensure your care feels aligned and intentional.

Somatic Touch Therapy is a gentle, body-centered approach that supports healing through safe, intentional therapeutic touch. Grounded in nervous system science, this modality helps regulate stress responses, release stored tension, and restore a sense of safety within the body.
By integrating mindful awareness with supportive touch, Somatic Touch Therapy can help individuals process trauma, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded and compassionate way. It offers a calm, nurturing space for the body to settle and heal at its own pace.

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Through guided bilateral stimulation — such as eye movements or gentle tapping — EMDR supports the brain in reprocessing memories so they feel less overwhelming and more integrated.
Rather than reliving the past, EMDR helps the nervous system release what feels “stuck,” allowing space for greater calm, clarity, and resilience. It is commonly used to treat trauma, anxiety, and other stress-related concerns, and can be a powerful tool for restoring a sense of balance and emotional well-being.
